I'm a Melbourne based developer who builds websites for local businesses. I started Dispatch because so many great small businesses have websites that don't do them justice, and fixing that doesn't need to cost thousands.
I keep things simple: I show you your site first, charge one fair price, and look after it so you can get on with running your business.
Good questions, straight answers
Do I need to already have a website or domain?
No. If you have one, I'll use it. If not, I'll help you get a domain (usually around $15 to $25 a year, paid directly to the registrar so it's always yours).
Is the preview really free?
Yes. I build the preview first so you can see exactly what you'd get. There's no cost and no obligation unless you decide to go ahead.
What does the $39 a month cover?
Hosting, the security certificate (HTTPS), backups, keeping everything up to date, and small changes whenever you need them, like new opening hours, prices or photos.
Can I cancel?
Any time. There's no lock in contract. If you ever leave, I'll help you move your site elsewhere.
Do you only work in Melbourne?
I'm based in Melbourne and work with businesses all over Australia. Everything can be done over email and phone.
How long does it take?
Usually about a week from you saying yes to your site being live, depending on how quickly we sort out any changes.
